Mindful Mama Walks

A gentle, adults-only mindfulness walk for restoration and reconnection.

Take a break from the noise and come back to yourself. Our Mindful Mama Walks are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with nature, with others, and with your own inner calm. We’ll meet at parks and beaches throughout central Rhode Island.

Each walk will includes a grounding exercises, quiet time for reflection, and optional journaling prompts.

A playful, connection-focused walk for moms and their little ones of all ages.

Slow down and explore the world through your child’s eyes.
Mindful Littles is a special walk designed for caregivers and young children to experience nature together with intention and presence. We’ll meet at family-friendly beaches and parks around central Rhode Island for sensory play, movement, and gentle mindfulness activities.

Each gathering includes opportunities for connection- with your little ones, yourself, and other mamas. Whether you're splashing in tide pools or walking through tree-lined paths, this is a chance to slow down and bond—on purpose.

Insurance and Private Pay Options


Olive Cove is currently credentialed with the following insurance providers

NO SURPRISE ACT


Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

Healthcare providers are required to provide you with this estimate if you are uninsured or not using insurance (private pay). This includes mental health services such as individual therapy, group counseling, workshops, and consultations.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, in writing or verbally.

What the Good Faith Estimate Includes:

  • The total expected cost of services

  • A breakdown of fees per session or service

  • An estimate for 12 months of care, or a shorter duration based on your treatment plan

This is not a bill or a contract, and you are not required to commit to any services by receiving the estimate.

If You Receive a Bill That Is At Least $400 More Than the Estimate:
You may have the right to dispute the bill through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
